About Me: My name is Jordan Stray. I was born and raised in Centralia, WA. I began teaching at THS in the fall of 2013. I come from a long line of educators in my family going back 6 generations. I am currently the throws coach for the track and field team here at THS and Coach football. Track and Field has taken me all over the USA while throwing at the University of Oregon where I earned All-American Honors in the hammer throw. Teaching and coaching are two of my favorite things! I love watching young adults succeed and work hard to achieve goals. When not at school or at the track, I can be seen working on one of my vehicles. I enjoy turning wrenches on old cars and fixing them up. Every summer I enjoy time around Mt St Helens, go on hikes, camp, hunt, fish, and explore the PNW on foot and behind the wheel of my jeep.
Fun Fact: My wife's name is also Jordan!
