T-Bird Fitness
In T-Bird Fitness, students will be exposed to a variety of fitness activities and class styles that are available to them in most gyms and fitness clubs. We will participate in activities that focus on endurance, mobility, agility and over all fitness. Fitness is a lot of fun! The goal is to experience many different types of fitness activities and hopefully find a few they enjoy and will continue to participate throughout their lives! My goal is for students to be able to create and make a fitness plan that fits their goals and moves them in the direction they are hoping to go. I'm looking forward to a great year! Students need to wear athletic attire (shorts, t-shirt, tank top, sweats, leggings - whatever they would wear to a gym) and a good pair of athletic shoes!
