Sports Clearance Information

Tumwater High School Athletic Department partners with FinalForms, an online forms and data management service. FinalForms allows you to complete and sign athletic participation forms for your students. The most exciting news is that FinalForms saves personal data from season-to-season and year-to-year, meaning that you will not have to enter that information again! You will need to sign the parent and student forms each school year and add/update your sport each season, each year. FinalForms also pre-populates information wherever possible, for each of your students, saving you time.

 

We are asking that ALL parents of athletes use FinalForms to register and InTouch to pay:

1. Please register at: https://tumwater-wa.finalforms.com

 

 Follow the prompts to create your account and e-sign all of your forms. Once you sign your forms, it will send your student an email (to whichever email you put in for them) with a link to sign their forms. Students are not allowed to practice or participate in any way before these forms are signed. Please keep track of your Final Forms login/password information. You must have a current physical and upload it into Final Forms. Physicals are good for 2 years. When that is complete you can continue below with your payment for your "Pay to Play" fee of $85 and your ASB card fee of $40 below. 

       2. Please pay at: https://wa-tumwater.intouchreceipting.com

Follow the instructions and log in with the parent's Skyward credentials. Once in the payment portal, select your student. Then select “Items at Students' School”. Then select “Sports - Pay to Play” and add to your cart.  If you have NOT purchased an ASB Card for the School Year, please also add this to your cart.

 

**"Pay to Play" athletic fees are due for each sport you play, each year. ASB cards are required if you play a sport. Those are $40 each year. **

***Also, please note that all other school fines/fees must be paid in full before paying for athletic and ASB fees***
