THS students will be taking the state End of Course Math exam in Algebra and Geometry on May 22, 23, and 24. Sophomores will be taking the state End of Course exam for Biology May 29, 30, and 31. Testing will take place in the students math and science classes. We will be on a straight 6 periods schedule ~ NO CORE/FLEX during testing days. Retakes for students who have already taken the End of Course exam, but have not yet passed, will be tested again on June 5th for Algebra, June 6th for Geometry, and June 7th for Biology. Please give your best effort.
Are you struggling or do you sometimes struggle to communicate with your high school teenager? Do you find it difficult to know how to manage their teen behavior? If so, come to a "Candyce Bollinger" workshop. One on April 30th "Positive Communication" and another on May 22nd "Positive Discipline," both starting at 6:30-8:30 p.m. in the THS Library. Candyce is a very popular local parent educator and counselor who is tuned into teenagers and can help parents get through the roller coaster high school years. There is no charge, however donations will be accepted.(See Quick Link on the left for Candyce Bollinger brochure)

Attention senior student/parent. Graduation is fast approaching, if you have not yet ordered your cap/gown or graduation products, please go to www.grad-auto.com and place your order. It is important to know that if you are borrowing or using a cap and gown from a previous year you would still need to purchase the class stole and souvenir tassel, you would need to call the Jostens office at 253-210-0575 to order these two items.
